There's a reason they call West Virginia "Press Virginia." They pressure opponents from start to finish, forcing more turnovers than any team in the country.

And UK coach John Calipari and West Virginia coach Bob Huggins know each other like the backs of their hands. Not only are they the best of friends, they've faced off 10 times.

Advantage? Uh, that would be Coach Huggins. He's 8-2 all time vs. Calipari.

However in recent NCAA Tournaments, it's all even. The Cats and the Mountaineers are 1-1. West Virginia executed some flawless shooting in the 2010 Elite Eight, eliminating top-seeded Kentucky.

UK returned the favor the following year, ousting WVU in the round of 32 on its way to a surprise Final Four berth.

So I guess this is the rubber match.

Vegas has UK as a 13.5 favorite. But don't tell that to West Virginia freshman Daxter Miles Jr.

He's guaranteeing a Mountaineers victory. He's also motivated one Willie Cauley-Stein and his teammates.

And don't tell former Duke star, two-time NBA champ, and current ESPN analyst Shane Battier, either. He's predicting a West Virginia upset.

That likely won't set well with UK fans, considering who it is, I mean.

But hey, he can't be the only one. Everybody's got an opinion.

It's all moot once the ball goes up. And it will tonight at 8:45 on WBKR.
