Johnny Depp Honored on Walk of Fame in Owensboro

This afternoon, movie star Johnny Depp will be honored with a grand unveiling on the Walk of Fame in downtown Owensboro.  And he's not the only celebrity that will be recognized!

In addition to honoring Johnny Depp (Edward Scissorhands, 21 Jump Street, Pirates of the Caribbean), the Mayor and the Owensboro City Commissioners will also unveil plaques recognizing and honoring Florence Henderson (The Brady Bunch).  Florence, of course, will be the Grand Marshal tomorrow afternoon in the Owensboro Daviess County Christmas Parade.

And, the City of Owensboro will recognize former Broadway star Christine Johnson Smith (Carousel).

The public is cordially invited to attend the official ceremony at the Owensboro Convention Center, Friday, November 20th at 3:00pm.
