Josh Merritt Sings Original Song ‘The Best of Me’ at WBKR Studio [VIDEO]

It's been a while since I'd had a visit from our buddy Josh Merritt. Of course he was in for the St. Jude Radiothon, but I was out at Shoe Stop with the Angels for Ashley cooking team.

Tuesday afternoon, the wait was over as Josh stopped by to help promote the upcoming Shaun Winstead benefit at Maloney's on Highway 54 this Saturday.

That benefit, by the way, will begin at 12 noon with Josh, Drew Aud, and Elliott Sublett all performing. So come on out.

Mean time, Josh and I talked about what's been keeping him so busy. A brand new daughter and a road trip to Iowa were part of that conversation.

And then Josh gave us an amazing original inspired by someone very special called "The Best of Me."
