Creation Gardens Inc. is a Louisville food distribution company that supplies food service locations in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.

Now, according to a FoxNews Health report, that company is having to recall more than 22,000 pounds of ground beef because of a possible e.coli contamination.

U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Safety Inspection Service officials were notified by the company early this week when test results turned up positive for the bacteria.

The raw ground beef and beef primal cuts that were affected were created over a three-day period from May 31st through June 2nd.

"EST. 7914" can be seen in the USDA mark on the affected meat.
