UPDATE: According to the Boyle County circuit clerk's office, a Kentucky pastor has been indicted on three counts of murder, one count of burglary, and one count of robbery arrested in connection with the murders of two Danville pawn shop owners and a store customer.

48-year-old Kenneth Keith, a pastor at Main Street Baptist Church in Burnside, Kentucky allegedly shot and killed Michael and Angela Hockensmith and their client Daniel Smith on September 20. The shootings occurred inside the Hockensmith's store, ABC Gold, Games, and More in Danville.

Keith appeared in court last Wednesday where he was arraigned. He then pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The judge in the case has denied bond due to the seriousness of the crimes.
