KFC Launching Upscale Restaurant in Louisville

KFC, formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken, is goin' fancy-shmancy! Yes, they are opening a new restaurant called "KFC Eleven"! Not to be confused with 7-11, one hopes.It will be located near their Louisville headquarters. We are told the "eleven" is a reference to the 11 herbs and spices . . . even though you WON'T be able to get their regular fried chicken. They will only serve flatbreads with toppings, rice bowls, salads, and boneless chicken.  They are also leaving the Colonel out. If it makes it (which I doubt) they will open another one within a year.
