George Strait's "The Cowboy Rides Away" CD was floating around the radio station for a little while and now it's gone.  Luckily, I ripped the tunes off of it and put them on my computer before it went M.I.A.

One of my favorites from George Strait is "Ocean Front Property",  and during his final concert in Dallas, he brought Kenny Chesney out on stage with him to sing it for the final time.  George had countless country music artists with him to sing along on stage, but this one definitely stood out the most for me.

Here is some history of this song, and me trying to wrap my brain around it.  I never took into consideration what the verses were saying.  But when the chorus played, all I heard was George talking about how he has ocean front property in Arizona.  WRONG.  I made a big fuss about it, saying that it didn't make any sense at all.  Turns out you have to listen to the whole song for everything to make sense.

My apologies for the quality of the video and I wish I could say that I was the one filming... but I wasn't.  I did take that picture though.... but not really.
