Thursday is a big day at Rooster Booster, the monthly breakfast sponsored by Owensboro-Daviess County Chamber of Commerce. The event will be carried live on 1490 WOMI and 1490womi.com. WOMI morning show contributor Kirk Kirkpatrick, after 37 years as host, will will retire from that post and so will his "Good News" phone which rings constantly during his commentary. Here's what's on the schedule, the first at the new Convention Center.

*  State of the Community addresses by Judge Al Mattingly and Mayor Ron Payne

*  Kirk retires his Good News Phone (around since 1980) and he retires as emcee, a post he has held 37 years.

* Annabelle Grace Watts, an11 year old Bluegrass Artist from Philpot, Ky., will perform Annabelle will be on RFD-TV Thursday at 4:00 pm and the entire show will be about her.

*  Kirk retires as MC after 37 years
