Luallen announced a "build-ready" site at the industrial park which means the site will allow for communities to proactively prepare and market land to potential companies without assuming all the risk and cost of building construction. The Green River Regional Industrial Inc.received part of the revenue shares from Bluegrass Crossings to construct the build-ready pad at the industrial park, which is located near the junction of the Natcher and Western Kentucky parkways on Old Liberty Church Rd. There are also plans in the works to build a new $4.4 million road access.

The shares, which are governed and supported by Daviess, Ohio, Hancock, McLean, and Muhlenberg counties, will also be used to recruit new industry to the industrial park itself.
