Big news! Last night I slept 7 1/2 hours. Call the paper! The night before? Uh, not so much. I'm likely not alone; many people (perhaps you) have a great deal of trouble getting to sleep at night. And it may not necessarily be that leftover-piece-of-pizza-as-midnight-snack that's causing the problem.

But it might. And it could be joined by a variety of issues that, believe it or not, you may know nothing about. It seems that folks have a lot of sleep problems that they would never in a million years think about. Give this list a look-see and maybe you'll be able put your finger on your particular issue.
