Let’s Find These Kids, Extend Their Curfew, and Get ‘Em to ROMP [VIDEO]

Recently, when I was looking for a video clip from Deliverance to commemorate its 40th anniversary, I ran across this video and saved it to my favorites to watch later.

I had completely forgotten about it until the subject of bluegrass music came up in conversation with some friends of mine. Then I remembered the clip of the Sleepy Man Banjo Boys from The Late Show with David Letterman.

Sign these kids up for ROMP!

How about a 9-YEAR-OLD (!) tearin' up a banjo like that?!? For cryin' out loud, it's bigger than he is!

By the way, Letterman seems so astounded that he's not quite sure how to even speak to these kids. Love it!
