Local Beauty Queen Wins Scholarships at Miss Kentucky Pageant

Katie Bouchard had a big goal for her first year in the Miss Kentucky Pageant.  She was gunning for the Top 10.  And while she may have fallen just short of that personal goal Saturday night in Lexington, the former Miss Daviess County and reigning Belle of Louisville had a very successful run.  She won six different scholarships!

2016 Miss Kentucky Newcomer Award $500
Non-finalist Interview Award $500
Best Smile Award $500
Heather French Henry, Quality of Life Award, 2nd runner up $200
Advertising Scholarship $550
Miss Belle of Louisville Scholarship $300
and a $75 scholarship will be awarded in Katie's honor to the Miss Jefferson County Pageant.
