Louisville’s Kevin Ware Appears on The Late Show with David Letterman [VIDEO]

When Kevin Ware saw that his broken tibia was sticking six inches out of his leg, he screamed and went into shock. Then he repeatedly implored his team to beat Duke. More than likely, his surprisingly acute presence of mind didn't include foreseeing an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman BECAUSE of that leg.

It's an odd way to cash in on your "fifteen minutes" and probably not the preferred method, but Ware's notoriety would stop at being part of a Final Four team were it not for the horrific injury.

Letterman, ever the basketball fan, had a good time interviewing Ware and even based his Top Ten on the guard.
