Need a job this summer? Maybe one that comes with awesome educational opportunities? Well, McDonald's will be hiring a LOT of people in Kentucky this summer.

In fact, The Lane Report says the fast food giant expects to hire some 6500 employees this summer.

If you're looking to pursue an education while you work, McDonald's could very well be your answer after the corporation announced it will allocate $150 million to its Archways to Opportunity program.

Archways to Education is McDonald's global education access program and the massive investment over a five-year period will increase the amount of tuition assistance that will be available.

Also, eligibility requirements will drop from nine months of employment to 90 days and weekly shift minimums will now be 15 hours, down from 20.

This is a massive opportunity and absolutely worth looking into.
