When last we met on this topic it was the end of the second week of my Weight Watchers diet. Now, my waist is down another half-inch and I lost another pound. It could have been more but I didn't get to Health Park as frequently as I'd prefer due to two doctor visits interrupting my plan. I do however have a new picture to share with you.

End of week three. Weight Watchers points total: 218, or 31 per day, which is the maximum I wish to attain. Part of that is because we had a pizza and went to Nashville to eat with friends and I really racked up the points. Still, though, at 218 for a week, not bad.

Here is a picture of week one's tummy for comparison. I don't need it to tell the difference. My clothes fit better and I have more energy, too.
