Muhammed Ali and Lonnie – Romantic Story

I am just a pushover for romantic stories like The Notebook, Message in a Bottle or Gone With the Wind. But, here is a real life romance that started with a twist. It is the story of how Cassius Clay (later Muhammad Ali) first met his wife, Yolanda, better known as Lonnie.

Celebrity photographer Stewart Shapiro was on Fox TV and told the story of a letter he received in April from Muhammad Ali's wife. Rather than try to explain it, please read it in Lonnie's own words.
