Mysterious Post-It Note in Downtown Owensboro Includes Powerful Quote
This past Saturday, I went out to dinner with my Mom and a friend and right before we crossed 3rd Street, I looked up and saw a classic, yellow-colored Post-it note.
I didn't read it the first time I saw it, but after dinner, I snapped a picture. The quote is from centuries-old Persian poet Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi. Writer Brad Gooch is working on translating Rumi's work for a biography and he has a Twitter account with all the quotes he's translated so far. The quote made me think of the state of the world right now and how it serves as a sense of calm.
The mysterious part? Anyone know about the hashtag?

I have a feeling there are more of these notes posted around town. If you spot any others, take a picture and let us know! I think we could all use some good vibes.
