New Businesses — Fazoli’s and Roses

New business is a very good thing. And Madisonville can now look forward to two of them coming to town.

Fazoli's and Rose's are expected to open soon in Madisonville with the "fast-casual" Italian favorite joining McDonald's and Denny's and the discount department store moving into the old K-mart building.

I agree with one observer who commented below the SurfKY piece. He didn't think Rose's existed anymore.

Neither did I.

But we're both wrong and now folks in and around the Madisonville area will have a new place to save money when they shop.

As for Fazoli's, well it kind of speaks for itself. I'm a longtime fan. I mean when a craving hits for Italian food and I'm in a hurry and there's a drive-through...well, you get the idea.

And Madisonvillians (?) will, too, as early as this fall if all goes according to plan.
