Earlier this week, Katelyn Stockwell‎ from Evansville posted a heart wrenching post to Facebook about her best friend Lauren Wallace who passed away on July 16, 2015. We just got the news that little Miss Addison, Lauren's daughter, will not only see Jason Aldean perform at the Indianapolis show but will get to meet him too.

After the tri-state shared her story like crazy, Todd Denk reached out to us and asked us for more information to send the Jason Aldean's management company. Within the hour, they contacted Katelyn and offered the tickets and meet and greet passes.

We can't wait to see photos from the show and with Jason Aldean. And though this is a heartbreaking tragedy, it's amazing to see how our community can come together and make a little girl feel a little bit better.

Here's Katelyn's original post:
This is my best friend Lauren and her daughter Addison, from Newburgh, Indiana. This past Thursday Lauren died tragically from a seizure caused by a severe asthma attack. Addison is young enough she's handling it fairly well. The past two days, during the visitation and the funeral service, Addison would YouTube Big Green Tractor and sing and dance to it because it was her and her mom's favorite song. Addison also told me that Jason Aldean is going to be her boyfriend. I am hoping that this post makes it back to Jason himself. If not, please keep this sweet girl, the rest of Lauren's family, and all of her friends in your thoughts and prayers.

Katelyn went on to tell us:

Lauren was funnest friend I've ever had. Her smile and laugh were both contagious. We bumped heads a lot because we both wanted the best for each other but then we both did typical dumb girl stuff. I met Lauren when I had just turned 21 so we lived through our crazy years together and just as things were slowing down I lost her. Lauren had a bit of a gypsy soul and would come and go with the seasons. But she always came back into my life. She was the most beautiful person and never thought she was good enough. There's not enough space in this message to describe Lauren because she was 100% unique. I had the honor of doing her hair and makeup for her funeral with two more of Lauren and my friends by my side, Colleen and Tara Brown. It was so hard but so calming at the same time. We all got a sense of closure. Addison is 10 now and was born with cerebral palsy. She absolutely LOVES music, as did her mom. She is convinced Jason Aldean and her are destined to be together, so what kind of friend would I be if I didn't at least try to set them up? Addison is really a firecracker and doesn't know a stranger. She was the bravest person at the funeral home and cemetery. If she saw someone crying she would hug them and remind them mommy just went to heaven and everything was going to be OK. I could seriously go on about the two of them all day. If nothing ever comes of it I'm still happy that their pretty faces circulated as much as they have.. But it'd be pretty cool if it went a little bit further!
