We have had our fair share of tornados over the years. And I guess "fair share" sounds like odd terminology under the circumstances, but nonetheless, we've had plenty. And I've never met ANYone who's complained about local news cutting into regular programming to cover it.

But that apparently happened in Sioux Falls, South Dakota this weekend after local meteorologist Shawn Cable anchored live continuous coverage of a tornado in the Sioux Falls area.

His reporting interrupted the season finale of "Once Upon a Time."

AND PEOPLE CALLED IN TO COMPLAIN!!!

Well KSFY anchor Nancy Naeve would have NONE OF IT, and she made her feelings quite clear.

And I, for one, applaud!
