North High School presents the award-winning musical, "Ragtime" March 13-15 @ 7pm and March 16 @ 2pm.  The show focuses on three various racial and socio-economic groups in turn of the century in New York.

Dynamic characters from each group, struggling to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of American culture, cross paths as they navigate through this tumultuous time of great change.

The show combines historical figures like Harry Houdini, Henry Ford, and Booker T. Washington with fictitious characters in order to tell a memorable and moving story.  The diverse cast features students from North High School as well as Scott Elementary, and they all come together with powerful songs that are sure to leave audiences wanting more.  Though dramatic in nature, a good dose of humor is incorporated throughout to entertain and engage all in attendance.  Tickets can be purchased at the door, or by calling 435-8283.  Their Time – Our Time – Ragtime.
