When I was growing up and there was a chance of snow in the forecast, I knew the phone would be ringing at my house. My Dad was a teacher and one time assistant principal for over 30 years. Back then, I think the teachers/administrators used a phone tree system, you know you call these five people, then he or she calls five more people and so on. Boy, have times changed. And although a recorded "one call" from the superintendent goes out now, Ohio Co's Scott Lewis decided to get a little a creative when the one call went out Tuesday for no school for the remainder of the week. Listen!

Beat boxing and everything! And if you know Mr. Lewis, he's a pretty serious-looking guy.  Fun fact, when I was in third grade, we missed nearly two months of school. I bet the phone tree folks were getting really tired and bored back then. Maybe delirious is a better description. Happy snow week! And be careful!
