OPD’s Chief Skeens Retirement Reception This Week

Last week, Owensboro Police Department's Chief Glenn Skeens announced his upcoming retirement. Now is your chance to say "Thank You" for the years of service and dedication to our community to Chief Skeens.

A retirement reception will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 30 at the RiverPark Center’s Jody Berry Theater. The public is invited to attend.
