That IS 10-year-old EmiSunshine and her band The Rain performing a blistering number called "Johnny, June, and Jesus."

When I heard her, I shouted something! Can't remember what.

But she blew me away.

This is some serious old school country music from a girl who's barely old enough to remember the advent of the iPad.

The way she controls that powerhouse, full-throated voice of hers is something we don't usually hear from a performer until much, much later.

Clearly, I wish her well and hope to hear more.
