Owensboro Crime Wave Continues

Okay, home invasion. Saturday a bank robbery. And, today a home break in. This morning a little after 4:00, the Owensboro Police Department responded to a burglary call in the 3300 block of Oriole Court. The caller stated he locked himself in a bedroom after hearing someone inside the residence.

Upon arrival, officers saw this guy, Quinton Crite,  leaving and detained him. The investigation revealed he did not have permission to be inside the residence. What's worse, he was armed with a knife during the course of the burglary. No injuries were reported.

38 year old Crite of 2941 Wandering Lane, is in the Daviess County Detention Center, charged with 1st degree burglary, a class B felony.
