It was a buggy factory more than 100 years ago. It was where General Electric called home WAY back in the day (my Great Aunt Edith worked there). It was MPD. Now, folks will be able to call it home.

The historic old building on the northeast corner of JR Miller Boulevard and 9th Street celebrated its ribbon cutting Thursday, and is fittingly called Owensboro Historic Residences.
