Owensboro Menards Bomb Threat Suspect Arrested

On April 23rd, 2013, at approximately 4:45pm, the Owensboro Police Department responded to a bomb threat at Menards, located at 3001 Heartland Crossing Blvd. An investigation was opened after responding units were informed that a male subject made threats to blow up this location during a phone call to the store.
OPD detectives later identified the suspect, David B. Oliver, and secured a warrant of arrest for terroristic threatening. Oliver was taken into custody by the Central City Police Department on April 25th, and he is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
