Owensboro Native, Actress Strode Will Appear on ‘Lethal Weapon’

Owensboro native Haley Strode has racked up quite the resume in the past couple of years. She appeared on the CMT series Still the King and the ABC series The Astronaut Wives Club. Strode will be coming back to TV New Year's night. 

She will be guest-starring on the Fox series version of Lethal Weapon as a new love interest for Cole, played by Seann William Scott. Here's a synopsis of the episode courtesy of TV Weekly Now:

"In the winter premiere episode, "There will be Bud," Cole finds himself on the rebound after Natalie’s engagement, and his new romantic interest, Julie (guest star Haley Strode), has an unexpected connection to A.D.A. Erica (guest star Nishi Munshi), complicating things at work. Meanwhile, Murtaugh worries about the connection between the murder he’s investigating and a new opportunity for Trish to serve as co-counsel on a high-profile lawsuit with Leo Getz (guest star Thomas Lennon)."

The episode will air Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. CST on Fox.
