Owensboro Police Investigating Vandalism Cases [VIDEO]

What's the deal with all these vandalism incidents. Owensboro police have had their hands full lately with a rash of vandalism cases in which car windows were shot out. SHOT out.

Yeah, it's not just somebody goin' around taking baseball bats to these vehicles...they're SHOOTING at them.

In fact, 25 vehicles have been damaged.
