Lieutenant Castlen attended the 258th Session of the FBI Academy Program, which consisted of men and women from 49 states.  The most recent session also included members of law enforcement agencies from the District of Columbia, 26 international countries, three military organizations and four federal civilian organizations.

The National Academy Program, held at the FBI Academy, offers 11 weeks of advanced investigative, management, and fitness training for selected officers having proven records as professionals within their agencies. On average, these officers have nearly two decades of law enforcement experience and usually return to their agencies to serve in
executive-level positions.

Lieutenant Castlen is an 18 year veteran of the Owensboro Police Department and we are thrilled to have him serving in law enforcement here in the WBKR listening area!
