Owensboro Police Locate Missing Adult With Mental Development Disability

The search for a missing adult with a mental development disability has come to end. She has been located. This was the information sent out in a Sunday OPD press release:

The Owensboro Police Department is searching for missing critical adult, Lori M.
Hillard. She is a 35 year old white female with a mental development disability.
Hillard was reported missing early this morning after a caretaker with
Community Alternatives of Kentucky (CAKY) advised that she was last seen at
3:00 a.m. this date.

Ms. Hillard exited through a window of her residence in the 2300 block of
Yewells Landing South. Detectives believe she is possibly with an unknown male
that she met online, and may be in the Evansville, Indiana area. Due to Hillard’s
diminished mental capabilities, we are asking that if anyone has information on
her whereabouts, please call OPD at 270-687-8888 or Crime Stoppers at 270-
687-8484.
