Owensboro Shooting Victim in Stable Condition

Owensboro police have released updated information about the shooting that took place Friday morning in the 500 block of E. 24th Street.

The victim, David Biggs, 25, of Owensboro, is in stable condition at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital after receiving one gunshot wound during the incident.

20-year-old Kiaren Goode, who lives at the residence where the shooting occurred, was not injured.

Friday morning, police were called when it was discovered that Biggs was sitting in the roadway in the 600 block of E. 23rd Street.

Their investigation led them to the house on 24th.

The investigation into the identities of the persons responsible continues.
