I've said it all my life... "If you weren't raised in a football town, you just don't understand." There's something about those Friday night lights that stay with you throughout your life. You ask any NFL player their favorite football memories, you can bet they'll tell you a story about their high school playing days. Last night, the members of the Owensboro Red Devils football team made a memory that will last a lifetime and a story to tell their grandchildren. Watch this amazing game-winning touchdown.

Now that you've seen you play, you need to feel it. Really, the emotion caught in this video is just amazing.

Told y'all... that's good!

The Owensboro Red Devils will play in the KHSAA High School Football 4A State Championship Saturday, December 6th at 2:30pm in Bowling Green. The game will be played at Western Kentucky University at LT Smith Stadium.
(Sidenote: My Mayfield Cardinals will also be playing for the 1A state title, Saturday at 11am. So, if you happen to get to the OHS game early, I'd really appreciate y'all cheering for my high school. Plus, they're red and black, too, so it's perfect!)

Go Red Devils and Cardinals!
