Here at WBKR, we are getting excited and geared up for the first-ever Moonlight Ride!  It's the City of Owensboro's brand new St. Jude fundraising event that involves a 12-mile bicycle ride around the city and a huge three-hour pre-party with line dancing, Zumba and more.  And, if you want to be involved, the clock is ticking.  The Moonlight Ride is one week from today!  That's right.  It's Friday, June 13th in downtown Owensboro.  Check out the official trailer and get more info here.

Registrations for the Moonlight Ride continue and you can register by CLICKING HERE!  The Moonlight Ride is a non-competitive cycling event and is open to all ages and skill levels.  In other words, bring the whole family!  Dress in costume.  Decorate your bikes and have fun with us!!

The Moonlight Ride will begin at 10pm CST on Friday, June 13th!  But there will be a huge 3-hour kick-off dance party at 7pm on the riverfront at McConnell Plaza.  I am going to be the official emcee for the event (along with Jaclyn) and will be line-dancing my groove thang off!  Plus, we'll have a huge Zumba party hosted by my friend Jessica Fleischmann.  There will be a costume parade and contest and a bike decorating contest.  And we'll have special appearances by St. Jude patients and families and St. Jude fundraising star Gavin Howard of Knottsville.  This event is going to be a blast!

All proceeds benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!
