Kizzy and Mad Cow Disease [Audio]
Kizzy has heard about the mad cow disease in California. As usual, Kizzy is a little over the top describing it.

Tomorrow night marks the return of the Lanham Brothers Jamboree, which moves into Diamond Lake's "Good Time" Theatre for another exciting, fun-filled season of shows. And, to help Randy and Barry Lanham kick off their 2012 season, Jaclyn and I have joined the cast! This will be the second time each that Jaclyn and I have been a part of the show, but our first appearance together. Last year, the Lanham Brothers asked me to join them in May and I was happy to. I threw on some pleather pants and performed "The Evolution of Dance," I threw on a choir robe, recruited Kizzy and the Daviess County High School Choir to join me on "The St. Alphonsus Church Picnic!" And, believe it or not, I even got a little serious for a change to perform a "Lullaby." WATCH!
On the WBKR Waking Crew Show this morning, Kizzy started off by talking about Jake Owen's engagement but somehow drifted to her recollections of the happiness she had at Chautauqua Park.
I'm tired of all this basketball talk... let's talk about some football...
....well, usually pig skins make Kizzy really happy but Mundry, the pig skin made Miss Kizzy very mad. I don't know if ya'll hat hurt
Kizzy went to see Lady Antebellum, David Nail and Darius Rucker last night at the Ford Center. She made it up in time to call us this morning and give us her report.
Trust me on this. You haven't lived until you've eaten food from Jerry Morris' cooking team. And his team, Angels for Ashley, will be cooking this Thursday and Friday in front of Shoe Stop at Towne Square North! Make sure you stop by and pick up some of Jerry's famous Boston butt, ribs and barbecued chickens. Angels for Ashley will be on hand bright and early in the morning through the early evening . . . and they'll be serving up the good eatin' until it's gone. And here's the extra special cool thing . . . ALL proceeds benefit the 9th Annual WBKR St. Jude Radiothon going on February 23rd and 24th.
Well, as you know Miranda Lambert and Chris Brown have been going round and round in the press. It all stems from Chris Brown's appearance on the Grammys and Miranda thinking that was inappropriate and tweeting about it. Then, Brown tweeted back at her. Well, take a look at how it has spilled over into the concert arena. But, Miz Kizzy called in today to tell us her opinion of how Mr. Brown better watch out!
Yo, Kizzy called the Waking Crew this morning so upset about the news Randy Travis is in trouble.
The Big Game is Sunday and Kizzy is ready.
Did you see your shadow when you walked outside this morning? Today's the day we look to a little rodent named Punxsutawney Phil to see what kind of weather we are going to have for the next 6 weeks (he saw his shadow by the way. That means the little critter thinks we're doomed to six more weeks of winter weather). Here at WBKR, we wrote a little anthem for Phil and this strange little ritual we have involving a varmint and his shadow! LISTEN!!
