Homeward Angels: A Powerful 9/11 Tribute [Video]

It's hard to believe, but the tragedy of September 11th was thirteen years ago.  It still seems like yesterday in many ways.  It certainly did last night when I sat down with YouTube and tried to find the perfect tribute to share with you guys today here at WBKR.com.  And I think this is it.  Homeward Angels does two important things: it reminds us of the horror of September 11th, 2001 and, even more importantly, it gives us the promise of a new day.

Bengals Retain Player To Support His Daughter Battling Cancer

Football is so much more than just what happens on the field and the Cincinnati Bengals get it. Devon Still was recently cut from the Bengals active roster. Devon, after playing for the Bengals for a few years was coming off an injury and recently distracted by a family illness. Devon's four year-old daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer, in June. As you can imagine, Devon's job was the last thing on his mind.

The Bengals then did something beyond the gridiron... they did something amazing.
