I wish I was kidding. But, then again, there are now Pakistani children who are in loving homes. Regardless, in the category of "Best Country in Which to Live on This Planet," the good ol' U.S. of A. still wins, hands down.

The game show is called Amaan Ramazaan, and it's drawn worldwide attention to itself for an outrageous stunt pulled on a recent episode. Apparently, the holy month of Ramadan is also a time when programs in Pakistan--and, presumably, elsewhere--pull out the stops to grab big ratings.

Recently, two babies who'd been left on the streets and were rescued by a welfare organization were given as prizes to two childless Pakistani couples, who couldn't have been more thrilled. The babies were handed over to the couple by that welfare organization.

I guess I don't know what to think. It seems appalling on the surface, but, then again, two children who would likely have died are now with loving parents.

Bizarre. Stunning.

The clip is not in English, but you get the idea.
