The fallout from Paula Deen's apologies over using racial slurs in the past is certainly costing her, so far.

To review, Food Network announced Friday just hours after Deen released 2 video apologies it was not renewing her contract; her current one expires at the end of this month. Monday afternoon, another Deen staple, Smithfield Foods announced they would be dropping her endorsements. Still on the bubble as to whether they will continue business dealings and on-air appearances with the cook is home shopping power house QVC.

It was also announced Monday, that Deen will finally make an appearance on 'The Today Show' this Wednesday to address the racism scandal. She was supposed to appear on the morning show last Friday.

And fans are sticking up for Paula. There is a "We Support Paula Deen" page on Facebook. It's like total as of this writing is just a little over 300,000.
