A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close the eastbound ramps at the Audubon Parkway/KY 1078 Zion Exit 5 Interchange in Henderson County starting Wednesday, October 28, 2015. - Keith Todd, Public Information Officer ● Highway Districts 1 & 2

The eastbound exit and entry ramps at the Audubon Parkway/KY 1078 Zion Exit 5 Interchange will close promptly at 6:00 a.m., CDT, Wednesday, to allow the ramps to be reconstructed.

The contractor expects the eastbound ramp work to take about two weeks to complete as part of ongoing rehabilitation along the Audubon Parkway from mile point 0.0 to mile point 8.5 in Henderson County.

There will be no marked detour.  However, eastbound motorists may self-detour via the KY 416 Hebbardsville Exit 10 Interchange.

Motorists who regularly use the eastbound exit and entry ramps at the Audubon Pkwy Zion Exit 5 Interchange with KY 1078 in Henderson County should be aware of these planned ramp closures and make appropriate advance alternate travel plans.

As a reminder, motorists can be cited and fined for moving and/or driving around traffic barricades and road closed signs.
