I missed Throwback Thursday, so I thought I would show off a few pictures I've taken lately. To be fair, one of these was taken a couple of weeks ago, and it's a puzzler. Let's take a look.

I had a visitor last week outside my window. This huge grasshopper just chilled on my window screen for a couple of hours. An open window is a comfort for me. Too bad I couldn't open my windows the past few days, Mother Nature had to give us one last dose of dry, hot heat. I thought Fall was here. I hope Mr. or Mrs. Grasshopper flitted off to enjoy a pumpkin spice latte.

Okay, normally I would NEVER try and take a picture while driving, but there was a stoplight, so I snapped this gem a few weeks ago. Bruce Wayne? Really? You know ever since the new show Gotham started, the Bruce sign has disappeared. Looks a little suspicious to me. Wait, maybe Ben Affleck was going incognito in Owensboro, posing as a trainer named Bruce Wayne. We'll see Ben on the big screen as the Dark Knight in 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It's possible.

My Mom is so much fun. I went with my parents last weekend to see The Equalizer, it was very gory by the way, and Mom, who never ever wants her picture taken, told me to snap this. The funny part, one of my oldest friends thought this was me! At some point in the past ten years, I've evolved into my Mom. I too want to meet the Box Trolls.

And last but not least, this nightmare:

We had a bunch of Halloween displays at our Zombie Zumba dance party last Friday. This one was downright terrifying. It instantly made me think about the new movie and prequel to The Conjuring, Annabelle. I call this nightmare her little sister, either Annabelle Jr. or Anna-smell. Seriously, she makes Linda Blair in The Exorcist look like Pollyanna. Ooh, Gory-Anna!
