Owensboro filmmaker, PJ Starks, has released the date for the the 2nd Annual River City Festival of Films.

On Saturday, November 3rd, Verite Films--Starks' production company--and Kentucky Wesleyan College will host the festival on the Wesleyan campus.

The 12-hour event will begin at 10AM and showcase the work of filmmakers from across the country. There will be screenings throughout the day.

Immediately following each film, those in attendance will be able to speak with Hollywood artists from Kentucky. They will also be able to participate in workshops and master classes conducted by industry professionals.

The festival will showcase feature-length and short films. Plus, there will be live entertainment from local musicians. All proceeds from the screenings will benefit local non-profit charities.
