You heard Dave Spencer break the news. A jury acquitted Roger Clemens on all charges today in his federal perjury trial, deciding the seven-time Cy Young Award winner and former New York Yankee! did not lie when he denied ever using performance-enhancing drugs in front of a Congressional committee in February of 2008.

Jurors spent nearly 10 hours deliberating Clemens’ fate. The former major league star faced three counts of making false statements, two counts of perjury and one count of obstruction. The trial, which took more than eight weeks, cost millions in taxpayer dollars.

Clemens, 49, faced up to 30 years of jail time and a $1.5 million fine had he been convicted on all counts. He has denied ever using steroids or human growth hormone at any time during his distinguished 24-year career in the big leagues.

What do you think? Was the Rocket a juicer? Jury says, "Nope". Think he will get in the hall of Fame. I don't.
