Rolling Stone Magazine has made a statement.  Now, I wasn't around back in the 80's, but they said that pop music had the best year back in 1984.  Even though I wasn't around in '84, I have heard most of these songs and I love them.  But some of them I completely forgot about like Smooth Operator from Sade, Purple Rain by Prince and Borderline from Madonna.  DIG!  Now they did have the top 100, but we are just going to take a look at top top 20.
