Say Hello to My Little Friend

This little guy has made his presence known to me three times now. So it's time to show him to the world. Last night, when I got home and pulled my mail out of the box, he scampered out from behind it and ran up the wall. Then he stopped. Again, this was our third meeting and I guess he was waiting for me to snap this picture. Anyway, I call him a "lizard" but there's probably a more specific name. Anyone know what my newest friend really is?
