If you know anything about us here at WBKR, then you know of our passion for research and awareness toward childhood cancer. We are humbled to be a Country Cares station for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and would honestly do anything to help raise money for their cause. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and I thought in honor of recognizing this great fight to end childhood cancer, we would look-back on our support... thru song.

Every year, Chad and I, along with Gray Sky Music and several friends, write, sing and record a song for our WBKR St. Jude Radiothon. The songs are inspired by families that we meet that are currently or have battled against childhood cancer.

Here are some of our songs from the past years...
"Dreamer" - For Ella

"Thumbs Up" - For Lane

"Undefeated" - For Markell

"She Heard His Voice Today" - For Chance

How can YOU help this month? Well, for starters, you can #ShowYourGold! Just like the picture of me and Carsyn, you can show your support on social media. Click HERE to personalize your pic!
