Shawn Kohrs Kicks off Day Two of the 2015 St. Jude RadioThon

Shawn made it all the way from St. Louis to be with us as the 2015 WBKR St. Jude RadioThon kicked off day 2.  Shawn brought the very special Lane Truck and it looks fantastic.  Check out the pictures.

Shawn joined the WBKR RadioThon for two hours this morning and helped us get through an enormous goal.  We can't do this without you guys and a big thank you goes to Shawn Kohrs for stopping by.  Lane, Baby Gina, Mackenzie, Seth and Pheonix,  God Bless you all!  And a big thanks to Shawn for stopping by the RadioThon today and for being such an amazing supporter of getting rid of childhood cancer.

Pheonix is down below and she has battled rare cancer and has been a fighter.  Phoenix is a Reba McEntire lover, just like all of us here at the station and during the 2015 WBKR St. Jude RadioThon Shawn was speaking about a very special birthday present Pheonix received when Reba called in to wish her a happy birthday.  Pheonix later got to meet Reba and see a show with fantastic seats and even get to go backstage. She got her cowgirl boots signed by Reba!! Amazing memories for an amazing little girl.  God Bless you Pheonix.  In memory of Pheonix who passed away from us on January 4th 2015 at 14 years old.
