Last Thursday afternoon, our good friend Chris Langdon, the promotions director for the International Bluegrass Music Museum, directed bluegrass group Sheriff Scott & the Deputies our way.

Two of the guys, Scott and Preston, performed live for us. The other two, Sam and Josh, were in another car and came too late to join in.

But they were all together entertaining folks that night at the International Bluegrass Music Museum.

Anyway, for their second selection--there first was an awesome song called "Paint the Town"--they performed "Marilyn Monroe", which was fitting after Chelsea Bain's recent live in-studio performance of "James Dean."

Hey, I don't care if they'd sung a song called "Elmer Fudd!" When they're this good, the title just does not matter!
