It's a bad day for sports car enthusiasts. A 40 foot wide sink hole opened up at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green this morning swallowing eight of the cars displayed there.

The sinkhole opened up in the Skydome portion of the facility just before 6AM.

Among the cars damaged was a classic 1962 Corvette (like the one pictured) and a 1984 pace car.

Now, here's the weird part, the museum is open for business as usual today. They simply blocked off the Skydome and are going on with business as usual.
