Special Olympics Of Kentucky Area Games Needing Volunteers This Saturday
The Special Olympics of Kentucky Area Games will take place in Owensboro at Apollo High School and College View Middle School next Saturday. With all the activities they are asking for volunteers.Participant sign ups begin at 11:45 a.m. at College View and opening ceremonies will follow. Volunteers are needed for sign ups, participant buddies, and for each event. The games should wrap up around 4 p.m.
The weightlifting competition will take place at Apollo High School starting at 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
