Tired of the same old thing for Valentine's Day? Give one of these ideas a try!

Rent a Room at a B&B

When my husband and I want to get out of town for an overnight stay or fun excursion, sometimes we'll stay at a Bed and Breakfast. We love staying in old, historic homes and many times you don't have to pay the extras like parking or $30 for a continental breakfast! Or, get away from the daily hustle and bustle of life and rent a quiet B&B room here in town!

Check Out a Comedy Club or Sporting Event

Let's face it - when you've been together for a long time, you don't have a whole lot to say to each other. I mean, we know each other inside and out so coming up with new topics can be challenging. We have found it's more fun all around to do something like go to a comedy club where you can eat, drink and enjoy entertainment while spending time together.

Play a 2-Player Board Game

From naughty to nice, there are a lot board game options that are made for only two players. There are the games that are for intimate couples and those that are based on strategy and skill. Some even help you get to know your Valentine a little better by asking deep questions.
